Cancellation Policy
1. Enrollment & Registration All members must complete a USA Fencing registration before participating in any class, lesson, or program. Enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Class sizes are limited to maintain optimal coach-to-student ratios. 2. Payment & Billing Monthly class and package fees are due in advance, payable by the first class of each month. Payments can be made online, by credit/debit card, or via other approved payment methods. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of participation until the balance is settled. 3. Refunds & Cancellations All payments are non-refundable except in cases of medical emergencies or club-initiated program cancellations. Missed classes or lessons are not credited or refunded. However, makeup sessions may be offered at the club's discretion based on coach availability. 4. Attendance & Makeups Members are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions to maximize their progress. To request a makeup class, please notify the club at least 5 hours in advance. Makeups are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Private lesson packages must be used within 60 days of purchase unless otherwise specified. 5. Program Transfers & Upgrades Members wishing to transfer between classes or upgrade their plan should contact club administration. Transfers and upgrades are subject to class availability and may require an adjustment in fees. 6. Safety & Conduct All participants must follow safety protocols and club rules at all times. Respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, and fellow members is required. The club reserves the right to dismiss any participant for misconduct or safety violations. 7. Equipment The club provides basic fencing equipment for beginners and trial classes. Members may need to obtain their own gear as they advance. All equipment should be used responsibly and returned in good condition. 8. Holidays & Closures The club will notify members of any scheduled closures or holidays in advance. Makeups for club-initiated cancellations will be coordinated whenever possible. 9. Communication All official communication, schedule changes, and updates will be sent via email and/or posted on the club website or member portal. 10. Policy Updates The club reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance.
